How to use

Either list can be empty. Rosters are not saved and are not sent to this site's servers.

Paste a roster or a packing list and press Print to open the browser dialog. Navigation and copy hide; only the name tags and checklist remain. You can save a PDF from the same dialog. For seating, bingo or a bracket, use the related tools.

Print layout and tips

• Name tags print in two columns, and the layout avoids splitting a card across a page break. Each card is at least 42 mm tall, with the name in 22 pt bold.
• The type size is fixed; long names wrap inside the card instead of shrinking. To add a team or title, put it on the same line, such as “Sales A. Yamada” (one line is one card).
• Blank lines are ignored, so you cannot print empty spare cards. Writing the same name on two lines gives two cards.
• From Excel or another spreadsheet, copy only the name column and each person lands on one line. If you paste several columns, each row goes onto one card as is. Either way, a cell with a line break inside it splits into separate cards, so remove the break before pasting.
• Most browsers let you change paper size, orientation, margins and scale in the print dialog. The checklist prints as a list with a checkbox before each item.

When it helps

• A neighborhood, PTA or club meeting: make reception name tags from the RSVP list
• A training session or briefing: print the name tags and a “check in → hand out materials → take attendance” sheet in one go
• A field trip, camp, or room setup and cleanup: a packing, setup or cleanup checklist (you can also tick items on screen)
